JAY is a parent company built with a vision to create, develop, invest in, and support businesses with purpose. What began as a small creative venture has grown into an evolving ecosystem of businesses and initiatives, each with its own identity, purpose, and direction. 

The journey began in July 2017 as Estrella Studio, bringing weddings, birthday events, and media production together under one name. On November 21, 2018, Estrella Studio evolved into JAY, marking the beginning of a new identity and a broader vision. Over time, the original operations developed into distinct ventures, with JAY Weddings focusing on weddings and events and JAY Digital Media Productions operating independently as a media and creative production business.

Luna Love Goods, Created on May 25, 2025. More than just a gifting venture  it is something personally special to Joel. There is a story behind the name, a person behind the meaning, and perhaps a few details that are better left untold.

Keeping It True (KIT), established on November 1, 2025. Currently taking its first steps in helping people in need, KIT has a larger vision ahead and aims to grow through partnerships, community support, and funding.

JAY is also focused on the future of entrepreneurship. Beyond building its own businesses, JAY aims to invest in promising ideas, bring investment into businesses with potential, and help new entrepreneurs turn their ideas into sustainable ventures. Through guidance, connections, collaboration, and networking, JAY seeks to create opportunities for people who are ready to build something of their own.

JAY is still building. The goal is not simply to own businesses, but to build businesses that can grow, create opportunities, support people, and leave something meaningful behind.
